The House of Lasagne is a true neighborhood staple--because really, who doesn't love lasagne? The cozy, intimate atmosphere makes it perfect for a casual dinner or date night, and the service is attentive and friendly. The lasagne itself is rich and flavorful, living up to its name. My one critique? The bread could be better. For a place specializing in hearty Italian comfort food, I was hoping for bread that would match the quality of the mains. Still, this is a spot I'd happily return to. Solid food, good vibes, and great service.

Not a bad lunch spot during the work day, or a quick dinner before heading home. The food is generally good, the service is not awful either. The food, on occasion makes me wonder if it was frozen for a little bit before being served. Solid 7/10. Atmosphere is lacking, the interior is dated and falling apart. It appears like it hasn't been updated or maintained since the 1980s. I wouldn't recommend an important business meal takes place here, but overall it's not awful. The lasagna (restaurants namesake) is a solid 6.5/10.

What an amazing last dinner in NYC at House of Lasagna!! Started with Peroni, a favorite from travels thru Italy, started with bread and a side of olive tampenade that pairs perfectly with the burrata. Next course was an omg moment, their lamb lasagna with a brown sauce, mushrooms, homemade pasta, not what you picture for lasagna but each bite was heaven! Last, tiramasu with a glass of red wine. The staff were so friendly and attentive, just the right amount of conversation and service. Highly recommend!

Had a really good meal at this place. Very happy I stopped in. I had the lasagna with meat sauce. They served bread with a fabulous tapenade to start. Small quaint restaurant with maybe 15 tables. Great service.

Omg this food is amazing! Cute, warm little ambiance and excellent service. They live up to the name- the lazy lasagna may have been the most delicious thing I've ever eaten. They also shake the martinis at your table! Another honorable mention is the eggplant with burrata and bruschetta. Will be coming back here!

I had the most amazing time tonight I got the classic lasagna and it was delicious. I had a hefty serving of Parmesan on top and the pasta was phenomenal. Fresh, hot and flavorful. 10/10 I will be back The service was world class - the servers were attentive, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, so so sweet. They seemed happy to be at their job and they were enjoying themselves. The restaurant had soft acoustic covers playing which was nice Love the experience 10/10
